Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 13.--GARBAGE RESTRICTIONS

47-1306. Moving garbage or refuse on public street; restrictions.It shall be unlawful to move any garbage or the refuse of any lockerplant or slaughterhouse upon any public street, alley, or highway,without compliance with the following: (1) Such garbage and such refuseshall be contained in a liquid-tight barrel or container, and so coveredas to prevent spilling, or access to flies or insects; (2) shall bemoved from point of origin to a registered garbage feedingestablishment: Provided, Nothing in article 12 of chapter 47 of theKansas Statutes Annotated, shall prohibit such movement.
