Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 17.--PET ANIMAL ACT

47-1702. Animal distributor license.It shallbe unlawfulfor any person to act as or be an animal distributor unless such personhasobtained from thecommissioner an animal distributor license for each animal distributor premisesoperated by such person.Application for such license shall be made in writing on aform provided by the commissioner. The license period shall be for the licenseyear ending on June 30 following the issuance date.
