Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 17.--PET ANIMAL ACT

      47-1735.   Unlawful to interfere with a representative of the animal healthdepartment.(a) A licensee, permittee or applicant for a license orpermit shall not interfere with, hinder, threaten or abuse, including verbalabuse, any representative or employee of the animal health departmentwho is carrying out such representative's or employee's duties under theprovisions of the Kansas pet animal act.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas pet animalact.
