Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 4.--MARKS AND BRANDS

      47-438.   Same; bill of sale required in inspection areas; unlawfulacts.It shall be unlawful for any person, either as principal or agent, tosell or otherwise dispose of any cattle or sheep in any brand inspectionarea, or to purchase or otherwise receive any cattle or sheep in any brandinspection area, unless the person selling or disposing of such cattle orsheep shall give the person purchasing or otherwise receiving the same awritten bill of sale therefor.
