Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 6.--PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS

      47-629c.   Penalty for violating 47-629 to 47-629c.Any person who violates anyprovision of this act, or any provision of a permit to inject virulenthog-cholera virus issued by the livestock commissioner, and any person whofails to comply with anyprovision of this act or any provision of such a permit, shall be guilty ofa misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be finedin a sum of not less than $25 or morethan $500 or shall be imprisoned in thecounty jail for not more than six months, or both.
