47-642. Penalty for transporting diseased sheep.It shall not be lawful for the owner of sheep, or any person having thesame in charge, to import or drive into this state sheep having anycontagious disease; and any person so offending shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty and notexceeding two hundred dollars.
