Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 6.--PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS

47-665. Same; penalty.Any person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of thisact shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) normore than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not more thanone (1) year in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
