Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 6.--PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS

      47-670.   Accreditation of service as being specific pathogen free;withholding, suspending or revoking accreditation; notice and hearings;enforcement of requirements, regulations and standards.The commissioner may withhold, suspend or revoke Kansas SPFaccreditation from swine of any producer if the commissionerfinds and determines, afternotice and hearing thereon inaccordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedureact, that any producer has performed or committedany unauthorized practice for the purpose of evading the provisions of thisact.

      The commissioner is hereby authorized to enforce requirements,regulations and standards for the administration of this act. In enforcingsuch requirements, regulations and standards, the commissioner may delegateauthority to designated assistants and agents.
