Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 8.--REGISTRATION OF VETERINARIANS

47-832. Reinstatement of revoked or suspendedlicense.Any person whose license is suspended or revoked pursuant to K.S.A. 47-830and amendments thereto may, at the discretionof the board, be relicensed or reinstated at any time, by majority vote of theboard on written application made tothe board showing cause justifying relicensing or reinstatement and on suchterms and conditions as specified by the board.
