Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3001.   Persons to be tried or punished.No person may be tried or punished for any offense provided for in K.S.A.48-3002 to 48-3044, inclusive, unless it was committed while the personwas in a duty or technician status.
