Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

48-3006. Conspiracy.Any person subject to this code who conspires with any other person tocommit an offense under this code shall, if one or more of the conspiratorsdoes an act to effect the object of the conspiracy, be punished as acourt-martial may direct.
