Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3014.   Disrespect towards superior commissioned officer.Any person subject to this code who behaves with disrespect towards his or hersuperior commissioned officer shall be punished as a court-martial maydirect.
