Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3015.   Assaulting or willfully disobeying superior commissionedofficer.Any person subject to this code who:

      (1)   Strikes the person's superior commissioned officer or draws or liftsup any weapon or offers any violence against the superior commissioned officerwhile the officer is in the execution of his or her office; or

      (2)   wilfully disobeys a lawful command of his or her superior commissionedofficer; shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
