Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3018.   Cruelty and maltreatment.Any person subject to this code who is guilty of cruelty toward, oroppression or maltreatment of, any person subject to his or her orders shall bepunished as a court-martial may direct.
