Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3020.   Resistance, breach of arrest, and escape.Any person subject to this code who resists apprehension or breaksarrest or who escapes from physical restraint lawfully imposed shall bepunished as a court-martial may direct.
