Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3022.   Unlawful detention of another.Any person subject to this code who, except as provided by law orregulation, apprehends, arrests, or confines any person shall be punishedas a court-martial may direct.
