Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3029.   Aiding a hostile force.Any person subject to this code who:

      (1)   Aids, or attempts to aid the hostile force with arms, ammunition,supplies, money, or other things; or

      (2)   without proper authority, knowingly harbors or protects or givesintelligence to, or communicates or corresponds with or holds anyintercourse with the hostile force, either directly or indirectly; shall bepunished as a court-martial may direct.
