Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

48-3033. Property other than military property; waste, spoilage ordestruction.Any person subject to this code who, while in a duty status, willfullyor recklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfullydestroys or damages any property other than military property of the UnitedStates or of the state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
