(KCMJ Art. 111) Drunken or reckless driving.Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle in a manner proscribedby K.S.A. 8-1567 and amendments thereto, in a reckless or wanton manner orwhile impaired by a substance described in K.S.A. 48-3035a shallbe punished as a court-martial may direct.
