Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3038.   Riot or breach of peace.Any person subject to this code who causes or participates in any riotor breach of the peace shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
