Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 30.--CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE; PUNITIVE SECTIONS

      48-3039.   Provoking speeches or gestures.Any person subject to this code who uses provoking or reproachful wordsor gestures towards any other person subject to this code shall be punishedas a court-martial may direct.
