Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 5.--STATE GUARD

      48-503.   Pay and allowances; training assemblies and camps; hazardousduty.Members shall receive such pay and allowances as shall be provided bystatute for training assemblies and camps; and when on state active dutynot in the service of the United States they shall receive such pay andallowances, immunities and compensation for death and disability forhazardous duty as defined by statute for the Kansas army and air nationalguard when on active duty for the state.
