Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 5.--STATE GUARD

      48-508.   Civil groups.No civil organization, society, club, post, order, fraternity,association, brotherhood, body, union, league, or other combination ofpersons or civil group shall be enlisted in such forces as an organizationor unit.
