Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY Article 5.--STATE GUARD

48-509. Disqualifications.No person shall be commissioned or enlisted in such forces who is not acitizen of the United States or who has been dishonorably discharged fromany military or naval organization of this state, or of another state, orof the United States.
