Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 9.--EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS FOR DISASTERS

      48-917.   Persons ineligible for employment.No person shall be employed by any emergency managementorganizationestablished under this act who advocates a change by force or violence inthe constitutional form of the government of the United States or in thisstate or the overthrow of any government in the United States by force orviolence, or who has been convicted of or is under indictment orinformation charging any subversive act against the United States.
