Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 9.--EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS FOR DISASTERS

      48-935.   Force and effect of municipal ordinances during disasteremergencies.Any ordinance of any municipality authorizing the mayor or other personsto act during a state of disaster emergency proclaimed under K.S.A.48-924 or during a state of local disaster emergency declared underK.S.A. 48-932, shall be in full force and effect except for theprovisions of such ordinance which are in conflict with any provision ofthis act or of the state disaster emergency plan or of the applicable localand interjurisdictional disaster emergency plans in which case suchconflicting provisions of such ordinance shall be null and void for allpurposes.
