Article 4.--MINED-LAND CONSERVATION AND RECLAMATION

      49-421a.   Penalty for interference with performance of duties of departmentor its employees or agents.Except as permitted by law, any person who willfully resists, prevents,impedes or interferes with the department or any of itsemployees or agents inthe performance of their duties pursuant to the mined-land conservationand reclamation act shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
