49-515. Same; grants to school districts.In addition to the relocation assistance pursuant toK.S.A. 2009 Supp.49-514,and amendmentsthereto, the trust may provide grants to public school districts which arelocated within the boundaries of a federal superfund site and are adverselyimpacted by relocations pursuant to thisact.
