Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Article 1.--RESTRAINT OF TRADE

      50-110.   Jurisdiction of district courts;venue.(a) Jurisdiction. For the purpose of enforcing this act, the courts of thisstate shall have power to exercise jurisdiction over personsto the maximum extent permitted by the constitution of theUnitedStates.

      (b)   Venue. Every action pursuant to this act shall be brought in the districtcourt of any county in which there occurred an act or practice declared to be aviolation of this act or in the district court of Shawnee county.
