Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 1.--RESTRAINT OF TRADE

50-1,104. Same; severability.If any provision of K.S.A. 50-1,100 through 50-1,105 or the application thereofto any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of such provisionto other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
