Same; construction; application of consumerprotection act.Any violation of this act or any rule and regulationpromulgatedthereunder is adeceptive act or practice under the Kansas consumer protection act. Any remedyprovided by thisact shall be construed to be in addition to other remedy provided by the Kansasconsumer protectionact.
