Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Article 5.--DAIRY PRODUCTS; UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES

      50-506.   Same; prosecution of actions by trade association, when.Any duly organized and existing trade association whether incorporatedor not, is hereby authorized to institute and prosecute a suit or suits forinjunctive relief and costs, provided by this act, as the real party ininterest for and on behalf of one or more of the members of suchassociation, when violation of this act directly or indirectly affects orthreatens to affect or injure such member or members, or where violation ofthis act threatens or otherwise affects such member as provided therein.
