Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 6.--CONSUMER PROTECTION

50-663. Enforcement under consumer protection act; deceptive act orpractice.The jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of K.S.A. 50-662 and amendmentsthereto shall be under the provisions ofthe consumer protection act, except as itapplies to an insurer. Failure to provide the disclosures required by K.S.A.50-662 and amendments thereto is a deceptive act or practice underthe Kansas consumer protection act.
