Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Article 6.--CONSUMER PROTECTION

      50-6,100.   Arbitration of disputes.(a) Each consumer shall have the option of submitting any disputearising under this act to arbitration. Upon application of the consumer allmanufactures [manufacturers] shall submit to such arbitration.

      (b)   Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions ofthe uniform arbitration act (K.S.A. 5-401 et seq. and amendments thereto). Any agreement toarbitrate entered into under this section shall ensure the personal objectivityof the arbitrators and the right of each party to present its case, to be inattendance during any presentation made by the other party and to rebut orrefute such presentation.
