Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Article 6a.--REQUIREMENTS FOR SALE OF CIGARETTES

      50-6a15.   Injunction; stamping agent.The attorney general, on behalf of the director, may seek aninjunction to restrain a threatened or actual violation of this act by astamping agent and to compel the stamping agent to comply with this act.
