Chapter 53.--NOTARIES PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONERS
Article 1.--NOTARIES PUBLIC

      53-120.   Same; notice of claim.If a surety on a notary bond receives a claim on the bond,the surety shall notify the secretary of state of the outcome of that claim.
