Chapter 53.--NOTARIES PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONERS
Article 5.--NOTARIAL ACTS

      53-511.   Uniformity of application and construction.This actshall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to makeuniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among states enacting it.
