Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS
Article 10.--DISPOSAL OF BRINES AND MINERALIZED WATERS

      55-1007.   Same; injunctions, when.The attorney general or county attorney shall, at all times, have thepower to enjoin any party from maintaining a disposal well if it shallappear that such party has violated the provisions of K.S.A. 55-1005.
