Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS
Article 11.--LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS

      55-1103.   Same; unlawful to fill or refill unmarked containers ifnotified by owner.If the owner of any liquefied petroleum gas container, which is notmarked as to ownership in the manner prescribed in subsection (a) ofK.S.A. 55-1102, shall notify any person in writing that he or sheis the owner thereof and objects to such person filling or refillingsuch container with liquefied petroleum gas or any other gas or compound,it shall be unlawful for such person to so fill or refill such container.
