Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS
Article 11.--LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS

      55-1104.   Same; evidence of unlawful use.The use of a liquefied petroleum gas container marked and identified asdescribed in subsection (a) of K.S.A. 55-1102, without the writtenconsent of the owner or a person authorized in writing by the owner to givesuch consent, or the possession of such container by any person other thanthe owner having his or her name, mark, initials, or other identifying devicethereon, or a person authorized in writing by such owner shall and ishereby declared to be presumptive evidence of the unlawful use, filling orrefilling, or trafficking in of such liquefied petroleum gas containers.
