55-1501. Definitions.As used in this act:
(a) "Carrier" means a common carrier which is certified under K.S.A. 66-131.
(b) "Dealer" means any person engaged in the business of dealing in usedoil or gas field equipment.
(c) "Oil and gas field equipment" means any equipment or material usedin extracting oil or gas from the earth or in constructing, operating, maintainingor repairing oil or gas wells or pipelines.
(d) "Person" means any individual, partnership, corporation or association.
