Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS
Article 15.--REGULATIONS CONCERNING FIELD EQUIPMENT, CRUDE OIL AND RELATED PRODUCTS

      55-1503.   Carriers required to permit inspection of cargo; penaltiesfor violations.(a) Any carrier transporting on any street or highway of this state anyoil or gas field equipment or any crude petroleum oil or any sediment, wateror brine produced in association with the production of oil or gas shallbe considered to have consented, as a condition of certification,to inspection of theequipment or material being transported when requested by any federal, state,county or city law enforcement officer.

      (b)   Failure to permit inspection of equipment or materials being transportedwhen required by this section is a class B misdemeanor.
