55-1633. Oil and gas resources fund; interest;use.(a) All interest earned on moneys in the oil and gas resourcesfundshall remain in the fund.
(b) The board shall not use any funds collected underK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-1531, andamendments thereto, for the purpose of influencing government action or policy,except that the board may recommend amendments to this act.
