Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 2.--LEASES AND LIENS

55-216. Certain leases unrecorded prior to January 1, 1952, void.Any oil and gas lease executed prior to January 1, 1925, and which shallnot be recorded prior to January 1, 1952, in the office of the register ofdeeds in the county where such land so leased is located, shall be void.
