Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 2.--LEASES AND LIENS

55-229. Same; substantive rights and remedies saved; presumption cumulative.This act shall not alter or affect substantive rights or remedies underany such mineral leases under the common law or statutes of the state ofKansas. The evidentiary presumption afforded by this act shall be cumulativeand in addition to all other substantive rights and remedies in existenceunder the common law and statutes of this state on the effective date of this act.
