Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 6.--CRUDE OIL OR PETROLEUM; PRODUCTION AND SALE

55-604a. Severability.If any clause, sentence, section, subsection, provision, or part of thisact shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court ofcompetent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate, impair, oraffect the remainder of this act, which shall remain in full force andeffect.
