Chapter 56a.--KANSAS UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT
Article 13.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      56a-1301.   Uniformity of application andconstruction.This act shall be applied and construed toeffectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respectto the subject of this act among states enacting it.
