Chapter 56a.--KANSAS UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT
Article 2.--NATURE OF PARTNERSHIP

      56a-201.   Partnership as entity.(a) A partnership is an entity distinct from itspartners.

      (b)   A limited liability partnership continues to be the same entity thatexisted before the filing of a statement of qualification under K.S.A. 56a-1001.
