Chapter 56a.--KANSAS UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT
Article 7.--PARTNER'S DISSOCIATION WHEN BUSINESS NOT WOUND UP

      56a-704.   Statement of dissociation.(a) A dissociated partner or the partnership mayfile a statement of dissociation stating the name of thepartnership and that the partner is dissociated from thepartnership.

      (b)   A statement of dissociation is a limitation on theauthority of a dissociated partner for the purposes of subsection (d) and (e)of K.S.A. 56a-303.

      (c)   For the purposes of subsection (a)(3) of K.S.A. 56a-702 andsubsection (b)(3) of K.S.A. 56a-703, a person not a partner isdeemed to havenotice of thedissociation 90 days after the statement of dissociation is filed.
