Chapter 56a.--KANSAS UNIFORM PARTNERSHIP ACT
Article 8.--WINDING UP PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS

      56a-806.   Partner's liability to other partners afterdissolution.(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection(b) and K.S.A. 56a-306 and amendments thereto, after dissolution apartner isliable to the other partnersfor the partner's share of any partnership liability incurred underK.S.A. 56a-804.

      (b)   A partner who, with knowledge of the dissolution,incurs a partnership liability under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 56a-804 by an actthatis not appropriate for winding up the partnership business isliable to the partnership for any damage caused to the partnershiparising from the liability.
